Project Overview
Cobweb Co. Retail wanted a coordinated Halloween storefront program across 80 locations without the labor cost of elaborate window displays. The brief called for a mix of ghost, pumpkin, and haunted-house inflatables that store teams could deploy in under 15 minutes and that would read from across the parking lot. Each unit uses a self-contained blower base and staked tie-downs tuned for typical storefront planters. The dye-sublimated skins carry deep seasonal colors that hold up under dusk-to-dawn display, and the figures pack down small enough to share storage with other seasonal programs. The program rolled out to all 80 stores in a single week and lifted October traffic enough that the client expanded the program to a second holiday the following year.

All 80 store sets were produced in parallel with per-unit QC on blower bases, tie-down stakes, and dye-sublimated skins.
