A 22-foot inflatable mascot replica deployed for a new product launch across retail lobbies and launch events.
Project Overview
Crackle Snacks was introducing a refreshed mascot character and wanted a larger-than-life inflatable version to anchor the launch events in flagship retail lobbies. The figure needed to match the 2D brand guide exactly — same pose, same expression, same color values — while standing stable in high-traffic indoor spaces. Production used dye-sublimated oxford over a sculpted PVC form so the mascot's gradients and facial detail read cleanly up close. A weighted sandbag base and low-noise blower kept the figure upright and quiet in echoey retail atriums. The mascot toured 8 launch events and became the centerpiece of the brand's launch photography, appearing in trade press and the client's own ad creative.

Sculpt & Print
The PVC form was sculpted and the oxford skin dye-sublimated in a single pass to preserve gradient fidelity across the mascot's face.

The figure was shipped to 8 retail lobbies with a one-page setup guide; store teams had it standing in under 20 minutes per stop.
Campaign Results
